From the potentially serious to the not so serious, "disasters" come in all shapes and sizes and they can result in horrible shows and overall bad pyro experiences.
What matters (more than anything, we'd argue) is our ability to process experiences and create plans of action to ensure we're constantly learning and making adjustments to our processes to ensure we're always progressing.

Great podcast for me. Can relate to so much of this. I hated scab wire soooo much I just bought more mods. For me at the present it’s about managing others or execution. Always trying to “ get by” with the number of crew members and experience of crew members. Makes so I have too much physical hands on and don’t pay enough attention to,the details that shows up when the show gets fired. Things like slices shooting backwards, audio turned down too low, following the rain coming in….
