The pyro crew experience is dynamic, unique, and personal.  The Crew Chronicles series sits down with different crews in an intimate setting to discuss what the experience means to them as they get their shows off the ground.  
 
This episode is tracked live on-site with show designers Brett and Bo Domescik and the Light Up the Lake 2024 "Chasing Ghosts" crew. Brett shoots a 30 minute body, Bo writes and produces music, and designs and floats a finale pyromusical to bring it home. In this episode, we delve into the origins of the event and chat with several members of the pyro crew. What matters (more than anything, we'd argue) is our ability to process experiences and create plans of action to ensure we're constantly learning and making adjustments to our processes to ensure we're always progressing.
